**The Position**

As a **Complaints / Disputes Specialist -Travel/ Loss of Income Claims**, your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:

- Strong end-to-end claims experience with technical claims knowledge, Recoveries and Disputes (essential)
- A desire to make a difference within the Accident & Health Portfolio
- Recovering outstanding monies from at fault parties
- Resolving Complaints and Disputes in a fair and transparent manner
- Negotiating with third party insurance companies and third parties
- Managing your own portfolio of claims
- Reviewing liability in the event of a dispute
- Liaising with recovery agents
- Reviewing and preparing documentation
- The desire to learn and progress within this collaborative and talented team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills

**About you, what is GB looking for?**
- You will have previous experience in a Recoveries and Disputes (ideally knowledge from Claims or within industry)
- Proficient Microsoft office and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in client service role
- Industry Related Qualifications will be held in high esteem (i.e. Law Degree).
