Equilibrium is always on the lookout for UX Designers to join their team to help drive the strategic direction of projects and develop and deliver user-centric digital experiences.

Our UX Designers, are required to adopt an agile process of design, test and iterate. Your role will also involve:

- Working with clients and our team to develop amazing digital and UX strategies.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research such as User Interviews, User Journey Mapping, Card Sort Exercises and AB Testing.
- Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and users.
- Analysing research to surface user insights.
- Developing UX deliverables such as User Personas, User Journey Maps, IA, Wireframes and Prototypes.
- Keeping yourself and your team up to date with UX design trends and best practices.
- Having a clear view of the potential design can deliver to customers and business outcomes and be confident in communicating design activity and strategy to your team, the business and our clients.
- Be given ongoing development and mentoring to build your UX skills.

**About You**

You will have a positive, can-do approach and be passionate about UX and design. You will also have an eagerness to learn, high emotional intelligence and be an excellent communicator.
- Previous experience in a UX role.
- A good understanding of design methodologies, best practice usability and web standards.
- Experience working on digital based projects such as websites and mobile apps.
- Exposure to wireframing and prototyping.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A strong level of emotional intelligence.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills**.**
