We are looking for an experienced, passionate and pragmatic UX Designer to join us. In this role you will report to the Senior UX/UI Designer and work closely to enhance our Flagship messaging platform. You will create user flow diagrams, participate in research and validating ideas, building prototypes, and designing intuitive interfaces

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with key partners across the business to develop solutions through ideation, exploration, and user validation
- Participate in research and communicating findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and user flows both verbally and visually
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, justify design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
- Articulate the ‘why” and lead discussions around your process, explorations, and conclusions

To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably 4+ years UX or interaction designer in agile teams
- Demonstrated experience designing SaaS products in agile teams
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with product managers and developers to deliver products from ideation through to production
- Expertise turning complex business problems into intuitive and engaging digital products
- Demonstrated experience with information architect
- Demonstrated experience on API projects
- Knowledge of an Agile framework and its best practices
