Are you an experienced IT professional with a Federal Government security clearance and a strong background in leadership and account support? NRI Australia, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Technical Lead specializing in End User Computing (EUC) to join our team in Canberra. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise in Microsoft environments, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Leadership**: Serve as the primary point of contact for our client, leading the technical aspects of the account and providing guidance and support.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their EUC needs are met efficiently.
- **Technical Expertise**: Possess a strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft environments, including Windows 10, SharePoint, and Outlook, with a focus on EUC solutions.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Exhibit technical expertise in desktops, laptops, and other EUC devices, including mobile phones and tablets. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- **Availability**: Be technically hands-on and available to work after hours when required to address critical EUC issues and emergencies.
- **On-Call Duty**: Be on call on a rotating roster, as it may be a requirement for this role, to provide EUC support outside regular business hours.
- **Team Management**: Prior experience in managing and leading technical teams, especially in an outsourced environment, is highly advantageous.
**Qualifications**:
- Federal Government security clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT field, particularly in EUC.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, especially in the context of EUC.
- Technical skills in desktop, laptop, and mobile EUC device support.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work after hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
