We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh Pacific. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**Finance Analyst**

In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely revenue recognition, and reporting and data analysis.

**We will count on you to**:

- Prepare revenue accruals and reconciliations, collaborating closely with local controllers on revenue recognition issues.
- Perform revenue analysis, including client level analytics.
- Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning processes.
- Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders.
- Support the business with development of ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Assist the wider finance team with the internal reporting requirements and financial controls.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in Commerce or Accounting or equivalent.
- CPA/CA qualification.
- Management Accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Confident communication skills and a passion for partnering with the business.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and challenge the business where appropriate.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, handle competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.

**What makes you stand out?**
- Experience with Oracle EPM is highly regarded
- Dashboard experience preferred but not essential.
