**The opportunity**
We are seeking a Supply Chain Customer Support Specialist to join the cutting-edge Autonomous Air Vehicle Team to provide operational supply chain planning and warehouse operations support. This position plays an essential role in carrying out operational supply chain support to the flight test and sustainment team. This position is primarily based at RAAF Base Amberley however it will be required to travel periodically to the remote operations range.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities:
- enters, tracks, monitors, and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
- Processes material returned from customers.
- Assists in analyzing supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
- Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.
**Experience/Qualifications**:
- A sound understanding of Supply Chain methodology and processes
- Previous experience in Integrated Logistics Fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience of Aeronautical product requirements
- Ability to identify, establish and promote supply process improvements
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling open and effective communication among stakeholders
- Competent in the use of PC, MS Windows and MS Office suite
- Defence Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet NV1 security clearance requirements.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
