**About Us**

**About the role**

We're on the lookout for passionate Educators, qualified and/or studying, to join the TI team:

- Early Childhood Teacher
- Diploma Qualified Educator
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Educational Support Officer/ Learning Support Officers

We're seeking Educators across all Brisbane regions - Northern suburbs, Southside and in between.

Work life balance is important to us and we know having flexibility through your work week is important too; so here at TI, you let us know what days and hours work for you. You can work a full work week or 1 - 2 days a week.

We also know mínimal travel times are important and being able to work close to home is a golden opportunity, so we aim to offer shifts as close to your front door as possible.

**Pay Rates**

We truly believe the power of education can offer a strong foundation to a child’s start in life. We highly value our team, so we want to reward our educators by offering above industry award rates. If you prove us wrong, we will add 5% to the rate offered to you *conditions apply.

If you refer friends to us, we pay you a referral bonus of $70
- conditions apply.
