The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our team in ACT. As a Service Technician, you will be confident in working autonomously and unsupervised. You will be mechanically minded and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Carrying out onsite service and repairs
- Performing field service and repairs
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Devise test procedures and supervise test activities.
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
- You must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality at all times.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Must possess a current forklift ticket and a driver’s licence.
- Have mechanical aptitude.
- Background in hydraulics and small engines desirable
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics and electrical circuits.
