Housekeeper & Cleaner - Ipswitch and Gold Coast

We are looking for a cleaner and general housekeeper for Ipswitch and Gold Coast.

Key Duties (Cleaning):

- **Sweeping, Mopping, and Vacuuming**: Clean all floors, including hardwood, tile, and carpeted areas. Spot clean or shampoo carpets and rugs as needed.
- **Dusting**: Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, and decorative items.
- **Trash Removal**: Empty waste bins in all rooms and dispose of trash in designated areas.
- **Kitchen Cleaning**: Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and stovetops. Wipe down appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Clean cabinet exteriors and organize kitchen spaces. Wash and put away dishes or load/unload the dishwasher. Clean the interior of appliances such as the oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
- **Bathroom Cleaning**: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and mirrors. Wipe down counters and clean floors. Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and other toiletries as needed.
- **Bed Making and Linen Changing**: Make beds and change linens as requested. Replace towels and other linens.
- **Window and Glass Cleaning**: Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces, removing streaks and smudges. Clean and dust blinds, curtains, and other window treatments.
- **Laundry**: Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry as needed. Iron clothes and linens if required.
- **Upholstery and Furniture Care**: Vacuum and spot-clean upholstery. Polish wooden furniture and clean other furniture surfaces.
- **Organizing**: Tidy up living spaces, organizing clutter in common areas, bedrooms, and storage spaces.
- **Deep Cleaning**: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing grout, cleaning behind appliances, and washing walls.
- **Special Surface Care**: Clean and maintain special surfaces, such as marble, granite, or hardwood, following specific care instructions.
- **Outdoor Cleaning**: Sweep and clean outdoor areas like patios, porches, and entryways. Clean outdoor furniture and remove debris.

Additional Duties (if requested):

- **Grocery Unpacking and Organization**: Assist with unpacking and organizing groceries.
- **Pet Care**: Clean pet areas, such as litter boxes, and vacuum pet hair.
- **Errands**: Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning or household items.
- **Seasonal Cleaning**: Assist with tasks like organizing closets or cleaning for special events.

Reporting and Communication:

- **Supply Management**: Inform the homeowner when cleaning supplies are running low.
- **Maintenance Reporting**: Report any maintenance issues or damages noticed during cleaning.
- **Flexibility**: Adjust cleaning routines to accommodate the homeowner's preferences or schedule changes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with cleaning
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card)
- Current Working with Children Check (blue card)

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
