Strata Cleaner

4 DAYS PER WEEK (Mon-Thurs)
- ST GEORGE / SUTHERLAND AREA/INNER WEST

Strata cleaning involves maintaining the common areas of properties such as apartment buildings. This includes inside cleaning and maintenance of the external grounds, gardens and lawns.

This successful business services buildings across the St George, Inner West and Sutherland Shire areas. We are looking for a fit and reliable person who can integrate well into our existing team. All staff are trained and work across both internal cleaning and external grounds maintenance. Please do not respond to this ad if you are only interested in cleaning **or** the external grounds maintenance. If you have experience in one aspect and not the other, don’t worry we can train you.

Duties include:
*Vacuuming

*Mopping

*Dusting

*Glass cleaning

*Rubbish removal

*Lawn Mowing

*Use of Leaf blower and whipper snipper

*Hedge trimming and other trimming jobs as they arise

*Taking out and bringing garbage bins back in after collection

MMEDIATE START

7am
- 3pm Monday - Thursday

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.31 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Cleaning or lawns: 1 year (preferred)
