Strata Cleaner

This role will suit someone who is looking to work 5 days per week on a casual basis initially moving to full-time after a 3 month trial period.

Shift start at 7:00am and finish 3:00 pm Monday to Friday (No weekends).

Main areas of work will be in the Sutherland Shire, St George, Brighton Le Sands

Main duties:

- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Window Cleaning
- Dusting
- Picking up rubbish/leaf litter
- Moving residential bins out for collection & back in after collection
- Leaf blowing
- Physically fit
- Previous experience in strata cleaning (a bonus)
- previous experience in strata gardening (a bonus)
- have a drivers licence (essential)
- Able to communicate well in English over text and phone calls (essential)
- Polite and friendly to other staff and residents
- Looking for a full-time role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
