**About the position**

Following two years of HR groundwork and establishment within the company, an opportunity is now available for a talented and driven HR professional to lead our HR practices through the next stage of the company's development. This is a wonderful role for someone motivated by change and growth, and who can confidently navigate the HR landscape in a blue collar, multi-site environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead HR operations, planning and growth initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and retention programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance, employee relations and engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and industry best practice.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
- Support broader company strategy and operations.
- Contribute to industrial relations and EBA processes.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within a unionised, multi-site environment.
- Current working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence and coach.
- High level of resilience and drive to support the ongoing change and development of the Company.
- Ability to balance hands-on operational HR work whilst driving strategic change.
- Ability to innovate and problem-solve.
- High level of computer literacy, including experience creating efficiencies and advancing systems and technology.

This position will require a current National Police Check (no more than 6 months old), a current driver’s licence, and evidence of right to work in Australia.
