We are seeking a Assistant Store Manager for our HOMEBUSH DFO, NSW store to develop within the business to be the next superstar manager.

Our ideal Rockwear Assistant Store Manager possess these skills, qualities and attributes:

- Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
- Experience in women's fashion apparel or active wear
- Minimum 1 years ASM experience
- Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment
- Naturally a leader, wanting progression
- Be Passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e. Live for the lifestyle
- We want leaders, motivators, team members who 'make it happen'

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience.
- Recognising sales opportunities
- Building regular customers, & promoting our Rockwear brand
- Recruitment, coaching, development of team
- Upholding impeccable store standards, executing VM directive
- Represent a growing brand, drive the active and team culture
