**About the role**

In this position you’ll provide end user support on site and assist IT Infrastructure team provide service to various regional locations. Assist with implementing IT projects as required.

**Necessary skills and qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Previous onsite experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop Environment and Office 365
- Knowledge of networking including switching, routing, firewalls and wireless technologies
- Basic knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
- Basic knowledge of virtualisation including Hyper-V, VMWare
- Experiencing in dealing issue, request and problem management, preferably in Service Now
- Excellent troubleshooting ability
