WPC Group has an opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed individual who wants to start their career in the heavy vehicle industry but wants to be more than just a mechanic. In this apprenticeship, you will be working with an ICONIC Australian heavy vehicle company based in Wetherill Park, to gain a Certificate III in Automotive Manufacturing Technical Operations - Bus, Truck and Trailers.

**About the Role**:

- No two days will be the same
- Perform routine heavy automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations
- Maintain a hydraulic and air suspension/braking systems
- Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety
- Fabricate parts, welding, body repairs
- Install and repair electrical systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
