**About Gowrie NSW Bathurst West**

We are an exceeding not-for-profit OSHC service who place high value in creating a safe, play-based environment for our children to thrive As part of our philosophy, we consider a friendly staff dynamic to be integral in creating an authentic play-based learning program for the kids.

We are looking for someone with experience working with children with additional needs and challenging behaviors. You will be required to provide Inclusion Support and to contribute to the delivery of the educational program and service day to day operations.

**Your Impact**

You will be required to work a minimum of 12.15 hours across Monday-Friday afternoons (there is flexibility to increase these hours).

All-in-all, our service values an enthusiastic attitude for child-centred education and safety.

**About you**

A willingness to learn, a creative outlook on our educational program, and a critical perspective on educational practices are valuable traits for this position.

You will have:

- Two doses of approved COVID-19 vaccination, with the willingness to comply with additional health requirements (including booster shots)
- Experience working with children who have additional needs.
