Who are we?

Bathurst Dental Care is a state-of-the-art general dental clinic situated in scenic Bathurst, NSW located around 2.5 hours northwest of Sydney. We are looking for a competent, caring and motivated dentist to join our existing team of three full-time dentists and mentoring will be provided for less experienced dentists and dentists wanting to expand into more advanced and comprehensive treatments.

Our clinic provides a comprehensive range of services to our patients including all aspects of general, cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, All-on-X. What does this opportunity look like?

• Our clinic utilizes modern technologies such as CEREC, CBCT, medit i700 scanner, 3-d printing, rotary endodontics, digital x-rays, intra-oral and DSLR cameras to provide optimal patient care in a comfortable and relaxing clinical setting to our patients
• We are also the preferred provider clinic for Westfund, HCF, Bupa, and Medibank
• You will be exposed to a wide range of patients covering all aspects of general dentistry, including dental implants, full mouth rehabiltations, All-on-X, cosmetic dentistry, surgical extractions, root canal treatments, wisdom teeth removal and orthodontics and clear aligners.
• Receive mentoring and guidance from two of our senior dentists that provide full mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics and All-on-X treatment on a regular basis.
• The commission structure is competitive and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to generate a fantastic income which is a by product of providing comprehensive dentistry to a clientele with significant dental needs.
• Expected remuneration is between 250k-450k for experienced candidates and k for dentists that can perform full mouth rehabilitations and All-on-X.

What we're looking for:

• Experience preferred but not essential (open to new grads)
• Someone who can treatment plan and deliver comprehensive dental care to patients
• Someone with a warm, approachable and empathetic personality with articulate communication skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Keen attitude to learn and further develop yourself personally and professionally
• Someone who has a high-level understanding of health and safety requirements and puts their patients first.
• Current AHPRA and ADA certifications
