**About the Role**

As a full-time Medical Receptionist at Jones Radiology, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for patients, referrers and visitors. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will handle reception duties, appointment scheduling and patient administration with efficiency and care. This role offers Monday to Friday shifts between 6:15 AM - 9:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts (compensated accordingly). To set you up for success, we provide a comprehensive paid training program in Adelaide’s CBD. Once fully trained, Kurralta Park will be your primary clinic, but you will also work across our central clinic locations, including SAHMRI and Calvary Adelaide Hospital.

**About You**
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 6:15am and 9:00pm
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused, with a passion for patient care.
- Experience in a fast-paced reception or customer service role, ideally in a medical setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
- Good computer skills, with an understanding of medical imaging terminology being a plus.
