**Part-Time Social Media Assistant (2 Days/Week)**

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant to take the lead on managing one of our largest social media clients in the bridal or beauty space. This means owning the day-to-day content scheduling, community engagement, and trend research for that account, while also supporting _By Bianco_ with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing a significant client within a boutique, design-led studio. You’ll work closely with Bianca, the Creative Director, as part of a small but highly collaborative team passionate about bridal marketing.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Manage content planning, scheduling, and engagement for a major social media client
- Generate creative content ideas and stay up to date with bridal, beauty, and social media trends
- Write and edit engaging copy for digital channels
- Support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Assist with general digital marketing and social media tasks for the studio
- Help with community management and basic account administration
- Assist the Creative Director on photoshoot days and other projects as required
- Please note: while this role is primarily remote, you may also be required to work in-person occasionally, including assisting on photoshoot days or client meetings._

**About You**:

- You have a genuine passion for the bridal, beauty, or fashion industry
- You’re proactive, creative, and eager to learn
- You can work independently and efficiently from home
- You’re detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills
- Experience or knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar content creation tools is a bonus but not essential

Company Hours:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
