KWJ Childcare Career Launchpad are seeking people who have a passion for child care and are interested in kick-starting their career in Early Childhood. This 12-month traineeship opportunity will use the 'Earn & Learn' model. You will be offered a traineeship placement for 2-4 days a week and earn a wage, as well as complete a 1-day a week face-to-face training program with a nationally recognized qualification (CHC30121) Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through Jobco. Training.
No prior experience needed.
- We will pay you and train you to work in the child care sector.
- You will graduate with a nationally recognised qualification.
- You will be employed and study with other women just like you.
Our experienced peer-support workers will be with you throughout your journey, ensuring you are supported with all your needs. Upon completing the traineeship, you will receive your Early Childhood Education qualification and industry work experience.
The KWJ Childcare Career Launchpad is a collaboration between Kowanj, WomenCAN and JobCo to assist people into meaningful employment through childcare traineeships.
