Exciting Career opportunity for a Fulltime Qualified Baker to join our Friendly team.

We are a busy bakery operating 7 days a week. Days and hours may vary and we are happy to discuss this in the interview process. We are looking for an experienced baker that can lead a team and aim to a career growth.

The major responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

- Measuring, mixing, shaping and proofing different varieties of sourdough and yeasted breads
- Baking off of breads
- Maintaining sourdough starter’s quality
- Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout production and time
- Stock monitoring and assisting with ordering
- Cleaning and organising working area
