Practice Manager

Blackheath Medical Centre is a fast-growing general practice located in Blackheath nestled in the Blue Mountains. The practice is owned and operated by General Practitioners which opened last year. There are 7 GPs, nursing staff and administrative staff.

**Essential Criteria**:
You must have:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Practice Management;(or equivalent experience)
- 4-5 years previous demonstrated management experience in General Practice with an excellent working knowledge of Best Practice software and Medicare online claiming and item numbers.
- Human Resource Management & experience.
- Rostering of staff and doctors.
- payroll experience.
- accreditation knowledge and experience;
- conflict resolution experience;
- business development experience;
- lead and mentor a team; and
- work closely with principals.

Remuneration will be in line with your qualifications and experience. Interviews will be held for applicants who are closely aligned with the desirable criteria.
