Robina, Australia Coastal Care Disability Services Full time

Coastal Care Disability Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and grooming, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on participant needs.
- Provide community-based support by accompanying participants on outings and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and activities.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure high-quality care is provided.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Certificate III in Disability Care or related field desirable.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Yellow and Blue Cards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate care and support.
- Must be available Wednesday Friday and Saturday day shifts.

**Please note that the participant is looking for a worker who loves makeup and theatre.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $65.00 per hour
