**We are seeking AIN to work closely with our potential client by ensuring daily personal care responsibilities, light cleaning and administration assistance requirements are met.**
- Be available at least 2-3 days per week
- Provide high quality customer service
- Be willing and able to learn new computer skills
- Have a genuine interest in and respect individual co-worker
- Deliver care service as outlined in our AHS care plans, including assistance with activities of daily living, administration and light domestic duties
- Be able to complete routine documentation such as progress notes, and assist in review of care as required
- Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- Maintain effective and timely communication to the customer service manager and other team members as required
- Be able to supervise medication as per scope of role

**You will require**:

- A happy attitude and smiling face
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) or Certificate IV in Aged Care
- At least 12 months’ paid experience in aged care or previous experience in a similar role.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current National Policy History check (or willingness to obtain)
- Own reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Mobile smart phone with internet access
- Demonstrated nursing, experience in individual, community or aged care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an honest disposition
- A compassionate, caring and supportive nature
- A commitment to creating a positive work culture and providing a ‘can do’ approach to tasks
- Good organizational skills

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Working towards extending nursing career - (i.e. through further education)
- Valid work visa or Australian resident/citizen
