Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a range of permanent and fixed term contract roles within our sale team specifically within Trade Strategy & National Account Management.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven track record in either a NAM or Trade Strategy role within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets.
- Experience with Coles & Woolworths highly attractive.
- Strong commercial insight, and astute P&L management with the capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Known for your strategic insight and a practical approach to problem-solving, you're ready to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to build trusting, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative approach to influencing others using compelling facts and data.
