**Risk Consultant - Emergency, Crisis and Business Continuity Management**

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our growing Strategic Risk Consulting Team, providing Emergency, Crisis and Business Continuity Management consultancy services focusing on Resilience.

In this role you will define and deploy emergency, crisis and business continuity strategies and programs for clients in line with our model and standard of service delivery. You will understand the big picture and be able to clearly articulate strategies with rationale through logical written and verbal communications.

**We will count on you to**:

- Conduct engagements focussed on developing resilience in our client’s organisations.
- Deliver a range of services including Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and Emergency Management by conducting business impact analysis, facilitating workshops, preparing training and conducting scenario-based exercise sessions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their unique needs, and providing insights to address their risk challenges effectively.
- Manage the execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ensure that resilience programs are compliant with relevant international best practice and Australian standards.
- Lead small to medium projects and work as part of a team for key projects and programs.
- Be an ambassador for the practice, building the Strategic Risk Consulting brand and building internal networks.
- Continually develop professional skills by engaging in professional development courses.
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
- Comply with the Company’s Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.

**What you need to have**:

- Current or prior experience delivering Emergency, Crisis or Business Continuity Management programs, projects and or strategies.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in developing documented plans, presentations, and related workshop materials with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client-management skills, both written and verbal, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting.
- A current driver licence and own vehicle.
