Our clients QLD head office is located in sunny Brisbane, although their current projects range from Brisbane to the Gold Coast Hinterland and anywhere in between. They deliver a range of ground engineering solutions including ground anchoring, slope stabilisation, shotcrete, architectural shotcrete and simulated rock, retention & foundation piling. They have an ongoing need for experienced **Shotcrete Nozzlemen** and **Shotcrete Finishers**, to assist with their multiple projects. **Tickets and licenses requied**: - White Card - **Essential**: - Working at Heights - **Essential**: - EWP >11m - **Highly Advantageous**: - Any additional tickets would be advantageous. - Driver's License and reliable transport - several sites and DIDO **Skills and experience**: - Have an understanding of concrete pumping equipment and compressors. - Previous concrete finishing experience, preferrably shotcrete finishing. - Great understanding of WHS procedures **Duties** **and responsibilities of the role, not limited to**: - Ensure all areas to receive shotcrete are clean, sound, and free of loose material. - Achieving required design thickness of shotcrete spray - Applying, finishing, and cleaning-up shotcrete materials - Cuts and squares corners, using trowel. - Blowing out and cleaning out concrete hose - Shotcrete finishing, trowling. - Hand work, moving materials, clearing terrain, site preparation, shovelling, basic equipment operation and steel fixing. **What we have to offer**: - $41.25 - $47.50 p/h (**inclusive of casual loading**) - Based off experience and performance - Penalty rates, travel & Superannuation - 10+ hours p/d - Monday to Friday, occasional and optional weekend work. - Drive In Drive Out (DIDO) - where applicable - Paid accommodation - Opportunity for upskilling **Interested?** If you are looking to become part of their tight nit team and learn a valuable trade in a well-established Southeast Queensland based company, then this could be the job for you Click "**Apply**" or call on**:0401 140 598**for more information. **Job Type**: Casual **Salary**: $41.25 - $47.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 84 per week Schedule: - 10 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates Application Question(s): - What other current machine operating or construction tickets do you have? **Experience**: - Concrete finishing or Shotcrete: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Working at heights ticket (required) - White Card (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
