Experienced Concreter - Foreman level / Commercial | Brisbane Based

Great pay and conditions - we are looking for an experienced concreting professional to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. $130k - $140k package is achievable subject to experience.

Examples of our projects include machine foundations and pits; slabs, pavements, and hardstands; plinths; drains and kerbs; water retaining structures; bund walls; monolithic foundations; and more.

As licensed and experienced construction managers, providing full design and construct services, our company operates as both a principal contractor and a sub-contractor.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Experienced Concreting Foreman to play a key role in our commercial construction projects. As an Experienced Concreter you will be responsible for the installation and finishing of concrete structures, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.

You will supervise and work alongside a skilled team of professionals, contributing to diverse range of concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formwork construction and preparation
  • Steel fixing
  • Concrete pouring
  • Concrete screeding and finishing
  • Concrete repairs
  • Operating and maintaining concrete equipment
  • Ensuring work is completed within project timelines
  • Adhering to safety regulations and quality standards
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed
  • Site leadership and supervision

Qualifications and attributes:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concreter
  • Demonstrated success in senior/foreman role/s
  • Proficient in concrete screeding and finishing techniques
  • Experience in formwork construction
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Skilled in using a variety of concrete tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team player, self-motivated with good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license
