This government agency is seeking a leader who will drive improvement across all facets of the agencies IT landscape. You will lead an onnovative and engaging team to support the strategic and ongoing direction and requirement of the agency in the delivery of this high-quality service. This role is Government AO7 level.
About the role:
- Delivering high quality Business Engagement in the development and delivery of an innovative ICT environment while meeting the agencies service commitments
- Facilitating future focused engaging discussions and activities with clients, vendors and key stakeholders to enhance ICT and digital capabilities. This includes building and maintaining strong business relationships to ensure activities achieve best practice
- Managing contracts and vendor agreements to ensure deliverables are met and adhered to as per the agreed quality standards and timeframes. This includes building and maintaining good working relationships with vendors and third-party providers while managing the agencies project and change management requirements
- Leading a team of service desk technicians to provide the best customer service possible
About you:
- Previous team management is a must
- Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener
- IT literate - Advanced user level
- Leadership Experience of an IT Service Team
- A deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience
- Current and Valid Drivers license
- Ability to keep up with & adapt to the fast-paced IT world
