**School Receptionists**:
Applications are invited from polite, friendly and experienced Reception/Customer Service staff to join our team in these key supportive positions in the Secondary School. Permanent positions (both full time and part time) are currently available, with our reception service open from 7.30am - 6pm during the school term. Flexibility to be available at times during the school holidays and/or to cover shifts in our Primary School Reception would be an advantage.

The successful applicants for these roles will have experience in a busy reception area or similar customer service role. They will have outstanding communications skills - in person and over the phone - and strong interpersonal skills. Working both independently and as part of a team to assist in other areas at peak times, our receptionists have a friendly, courteous manner and the ability to manage confidential information with empathy and discretion. The successful applicants will be confident, polite, punctual and professional in dealing with a wide range of people. They will be good problem-solvers, able to think clearly and calmly under pressure and enjoy working in a busy environment. Prior experience within a school setting will be highly regarded. The successful applicant for these roles will also be committed to the full life of the school and supportive of its Christian ethos.

- Indication of your general availability during both the school term and school holidays, as well as a clear indication of your preference for full or part time work and your preferred shift times (Eg 7.30am - 3.30pm; 12.30pm - 6pm).
