**School Receptionist**:
Applications are invited from friendly and experienced customer service staff to join our team for this key position in the School. This is a full-time, permanent onsite position, commencing in Term 4 (or as soon as possible afterwards), with hours generally 7.30am - 3.30pm during the school term.

The School Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as well as delivering efficient customer service. This role includes managing all front desk enquiries and incoming phone calls. Working both independently and as part of a team to assist in other areas at peak times, our receptionist needs to have a friendly, courteous manner and the ability to manage confidential information with empathy and discretion. They will be polite, punctual and professional in dealing with a wide range of people and be good problem-solvers, able to think clearly and calmly under pressure and enjoy working in a busy environment. The successful applicant for these roles will also be committed to the full life of the school and supportive of its Christian ethos.

A willingness to continue to learn new IT skills and support student services would be an advantage for this position, as would the flexibility to be available for additional hours at times during school holidays.

- **A cover letter**: introducing yourself and describing how you meet the criteria outlined above.
- **Your CV**: including your skills, qualifications, work experience and any other professional experiences, current WWC Check number and any other relevant details.
