Our client is one of the most reputable piling contractors in Australia, and we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their busy crew. There are multiple large projects are across Perth Metroplex, and across infrastructure, industrial, and high-rise commercial sectors.

**Requirements for the Role**:

- Proven experience and track record within the piling and / or ground engineering industry.
- Experienced across large-scale deep foundation / retention projects
- Strong knowledge across CFA, Bored Piling, D-wall projects
- Solid experience and knowledge of piling in infrastructure, commercial and industrial sectors
- Strong leader with the ability to head up teams and drive progress
- Ability to manage medium / large piling crews
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaison with clients and governing bodies.
- Excellent record & paperwork keeping
- Focused on adhering to high WHS standards
- Must have **full Australian work rights**, drivers licence and white card.

**About the Role**:

- Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising large-scale piling projects such as CFA, Bored, CSM and Diaphragm walls
- Projects will be across Sydney and other areas of NSW
- This role will involve setting up the construction sites, allocation and general upkeep of heavy plant, equipment and labour allocation
- Regular client liaison and site meetings
- Supervision of the piling crew
- Ensuring WHS records are kept up to date as well as accurate site records
