**About you**:
You’re an experienced **Diploma Qualified Lead Educator** with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style. Your programming is designed to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the children, you develop their inquisitive minds, laying the foundation for their learning journey with us.

**You will possess**:

- **A Diploma in Early Childhood Education **or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
- A desire to contribute to an awesome team
