We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service/ sales industry, to join our supportive team in Toowoomba.

**What your day looks like?**

- **Process** customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- **Develop and maintain** strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Support** the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
- **Assist** with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

**Who are you?**

- **At least 6 month - 1 year experience** in customer service/ sales industry.
- The ability to multitask and priority your workloads
- Computer literacy at an intermediate level
- Good communication and written skills
- Team player to support other areas when required
- Experience in industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly **desirable but not essential**
