The role in a nutshell

Based at an established Outside School Hours Care service in Golden Beach, you will oversee broad service operations which include compliance, service delivery, staff training and community partnerships.

Benefit from our amazing location by taking the children to the beach to explore and really get close to nature. With pre-approval for addition to ratio staffing in place, you will relish in the opportunity for smaller group activities and extra support from a well staffed team.

You will lean on your past experience to ensure inclusion, engagement and supervision of children within the service. Our close knit team cares for around 35 children of an afternoon so we are looking for someone keen to build relationships and quickly become a part of the family.

Leading by example, you will develop the staff in your service to your own high standards, utilising your team's passions and skills to create unique activities.

Working across split shifts you will be allocated paid administration hours, outside of service hours to manage the paperwork aspect of the role.

Influence and coordinate planned activities based on the children’s interests and your team's skills; Team management, development and support; Develop strong relationships with the school, families and broader community.

About you

Commitment to our company values and philosophy; Diploma/ Bachelors/ enrolment within Education, Humanities, Allied health Sport or similar; (Or working towards) Valid WWCC Availability over split shifts/ Monday to Friday The ability to pass a National Police Check
