**The Service**

KU Milperra Preschool offers a caring, secure, and nurturing educational program for children aged 3 to 5 years old between 8:15am - 4:15pm, Monday to Friday throughout the year.

Having a special interest in building healthy minds and a play-based program with a wide range of intentional learning experiences which are drawn from knowledge of early childhood educational philosophies including Montesorri, Reggio Emilia, Circle of Security and Marte Meo. KU Milperra is rated as Exceeding the National Quality Standard

**The Role**

We currently have a permanent part time position available for an early childhood educator with a **completed **c ertificate III qualification.

**On offer is a permanent part time position working 3 days per week; Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at 11:30am until 2:30pm (3 hours per day).**:

**To be considered for this role, it is essential you have**:

- A recognised Certificate III in Children's Services qualification or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection training and knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
