**What is an Ultra Beauty Consultant?**

As an **Ultra Beauty Consultant**, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things beauty. Your knowledge of **skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance** will empower you to confidently assist customers, recommend tailored solutions, and bring the in-store beauty experience to life.

You’ll work closely with our Retail Pharmacy team but focus specifically on the beauty space — guiding customers through our extensive range of luxury and affordable brands while delivering personalised service with a smile.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Must be available Full Time
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance brands
- A natural people-person with exceptional customer service skills
- A team player who thrives in a busy, collaborative retail environment
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using Point-of-Sale systems
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date on the latest beauty trends

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with customers and providing tailored beauty advice
- Assisting customers with general queries across the store
- Replenishing and merchandising stock with visual appeal in mind
- Setting up promotional displays for new products and campaigns
- Operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for purchases
- Collaborating with the broader store team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must pass a National Criminal History Check
