**Right at Home Sydney the Hills** have several opportunities available for BENGALI **SPEAKING SUPPORT WORKERS** within our rapidly growing home care organization within the Greater Western Sydney region.

Right at Home provides various in-home care services (to eligible clients) including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care and community access.

**Right at Home Sydney The Hills** has established an extensive client base developed through our ability to cater for all clients, our ability to provide an individualised approach to in-home care, and also through our reputation.

We are seeking experienced Home Care Workers with an aged care, nursing or disability background.

Home Care Workers must have the following:

- Ability to provide domestic care, personal care, transportation to shopping and Doctors appointments.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organisational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
- Experience in looking after elderly people.

**Qualification**

First aid/ CPR certification

Certificate 3 or 4 in aged care/disability is a MUST.

Diploma/Degree Holders in Aged/Community and Disability.

**Essential Requirements**
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check within the last 6 months
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
- Smartphone
- *Australian Driver’s license and their own car with comprehensive insurance.

**Salary**: From $36.89 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
