automation systems or equivalent experience. You are someone who works well in a team and are able to communicate with all levels of the business. You have the ability to prioritize and multitask whilst driving high quality work and results.

We are looking for a highly passionate individual who is, pro-active and has a sense of urgency in the delivery of tasks with a desire to work in the property management sector. You share the IKEA values and belief in growing business and people together. You would have a rotating roster, with availability on Monday through to Saturday from 6am to 10pm.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Responsible for all facilities equipment daily operation and maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance regularly to keep all facilities related equipment in good order
- Execute inspection activities according to maintenance plan, and keep records
- Take the corrective/preventive actions of issues finding during the daily inspection/maintenance
- Rapid on call response to deal with emergency situations
- Assist in coordinating and supervising with on site external service provider to implement maintenance or project to ensure quality works complying with Quality Standard and IKEA requirements
- Perform ad-hoc troubleshooting of equipment faults

Together as a team

The Facilities Management team are responsible for supporting in maintaining and servicing the building and sites according to a common standard, to promote and protect the IKEA brand and to ensure IKEA’s position as the leading home furnishing retailer in the market.
