**Job Summary**:
**How will you make an impact?**
- Underwrite consumer and commercial auto loans.
- Analyze financial data like income statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
- Make informed decisions on credit approvals.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Proven track record: 4+ years of delegated lending authority in auto finance, having held a DLA of at least $100K
- Deep understanding: Expertise in Equifax Comprehensive Credit Reporting and financial document analysis.
- Sharp mind: Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication: Clear and concise explanations for credit decisions.
- Positive attitude: A passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive: Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications: Tertiary education or industry certifications.
Prior experience in a lending institution or financial services environment is highly valued.
