We are looking for experienced and reliable Civil labourers to join our team based in Jandikot. In this position you will conduct civil labouring to assist with property, construction of new facilities. Our Construction team supports the growth of our business by focusing on internal and external civil works, plant operation and property maintenance.

To be successful you must be self-motivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an expanding organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in site preparation, maintenance, and machine operation.
- Manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Support tradespeople and collaborate with team members.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure quality control.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Document production data and maintain records.

**Qualifications**:
Must have a MR or HR licence and hands on experience with small concrete and paving works, pit and pipe installation, standing poles etc. Physical stamina and ability to work in different weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Technical competence in operating specific machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

Note: This combined role allows the individual to take on both the responsibilities of a civil labourer and a machine operator, contributing to various aspects of construction projects.
