**APPLY NOW **We are looking for experienced and reliable Civil Labourers and Machine Operators to join our team based in Perth Metro / Jandakot.

In this position you will conduct civil works to assist with large scale main roads projects in the Perth region. For Machine Operator, you will have previous experience with Diggers and Excavators, and preferably worked on main roads projects in the past. Civil Labourers with have 2 years plus experience working as a Civil labourer, and possess all tickets required.

To be successful you must be self-motivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an expanding organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in site preparation, maintenance, and machine operation.
- Manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials.
- Have hands on experience in the civil industry
- Experience using an excavator
- Operate machinery and equipment according to procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Support tradespeople and collaborate with team members.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure quality control.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Document production data and maintain records.

**Qualifications**:
Preferably you will have either a MR or HR licence if you are a Machine Operator, and have hands on experience with small concrete and paving works, pit and pipe installation, standing poles, excavation etc, Full working rights (PR or Aus Citizen), Physical stamina and the ability to work in different weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Technical competence in operating specific machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

This role allows the individual to take on both the responsibilities of a civil labourer and a machine operator, contributing to various aspects of construction projects.
