Do you want to be part of an innovative, fast-moving commercial valuation team where you can make a real difference? Due to our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Commercial Certified Practising/Senior Valuers to join our team in Melbourne.

**The Opportunity**

NAB Valuations is NAB’s own valuation firm accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations solution, with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers. **What Will My Day Look Like?**
- Your role will give you the opportunity to sink your teeth into some exciting valuations projects by:

- Working as part of a results-driven team producing high-quality commercial valuations
- Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards
- Self-manage your day to provide professional valuations in a timely manner whilst adhering to industry standards.
- Leverage your expertise property knowledge by presenting and providing insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a national team on property-related projects.
- Provide excellence for customers and communicate effectively with clients & colleagues.

**What Will You Bring?**

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current market
- A passion for property and actively shares local property knowledge
- Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
- Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic
- Capability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day
- Demonstrated desire for ongoing improvement
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent deadline and time management skills.
- The ability to work as part of a dynamic, self-motivated team.
- Must have and continue to have a valid driver's licence
