Exciting opportunity for a Process & Systems Delivery Manager to join Service Stream’s Telecommunication division.
About the Role

As the Process & Systems Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness through the development and implementation of streamlined processes and systems. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Your expertise in process optimization and project management will contribute to enhancing organizational productivity and customer satisfaction

Reporting Line General Manager - Operational Support Services

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement
- Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and define process
- improvement goals
- Conduct regular process audits to monitor adherence to defined procedures and identify opportunities

Systems Integration and Enhancement
- Assess current technology architecture (systems and tools) to identify gaps and areas for integration
- and consolidation of for short term a long-term architecture road map
- Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate and implement appropriate systems to streamline operations
- Lead system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, testing, and implementation
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes and train end-users on system functionalities

Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, ROI calculations and timelines
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Support, to drive process optimization initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, build consensus, and drive alignment on process improvement strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, guidelines, and training materials
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and system functionalities

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track process efficiency, effectiveness, and impact
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for further improvement
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to management and stakeholder

Future technology
- Develop and implement an AI strategy, to drive process optimisation initiatives
- Develop and implement an Innovation program to drive disruptive innovation through ideas which can be assessed, piloted for potential implementation

About You
- Proven experience 5+ years in process improvement, project management, and systems implementation
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organizational change
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology systems
