Supervises and ensures that all restaurant opening and closing procedures are carried out properly
- Is attentive to all guests
- Handles guest complaints promptly, efficiently and follows up accordingly
- Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the cafe including tables and side stations
- Monitor food quality and service level
- Monitor staff performance
- Maintain service standards
- Responsible for daily paperwork
- Assist staff with any problems that may occur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
