Missions

As a Louis Vuitton Store Manager, you will lead one of our iconic stores in the ANZ network. Each store is a pinnacle of the luxury industry. Louis Vuitton pride ourselves as the No.1 brand in most locations, and your role will have a significant impact to the performance and success of our brand. As the figurehead of a store, you are the Louis Vuitton brand ambassador. You will lead a team in influencing and building high-end lifestyles for our clients, by integrating expansive categories that consistently surprise and push the boundaries throughout the world. Your store is at the forefront of the Perth retail landscape, featuring offerings that you can effectively leverage for client journeys in store. You have a rich calendar of best-in-class client experiences at your disposal, from in-store animations to exclusive global events. This means you have unlimited opportunities at your fingertips to drive success across multiple Client and Store touchpoints. The team you lead is ultimately the key to your success. You will lead, drive and develop a high performing, commercial store environment, that ensures the Louis Vuitton essence is maintained and delivered to every client. Through leading by example, you will demonstrate the following attributes as a leader: - inspirational and hands-on management and coaching - an operational and commercial mindset - a client-centric mindset and focus - demonstrated best-in-class operations management - effective floor management and being a visible presence and support

Profil

We are looking for a passionate people leader, with extensive experience building, driving and elevating a retail business. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store’s performance. To ensure your continued success in leading our Store, you will also bring your strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results within a diverse store environment; alongside proven experience identifying and leveraging business opportunities to ensure the achievement of your store’s goals.
