**About the Role | Enterprise Assurance Manager**
We are currently assisting the Head of Assurance and Risk in securing an experienced Enterprise Assurance Manager to join their team and make a key contribution to an organisation that is on an ambitious and exciting growth trajectory.

As a critical member of the Governance, Risk and Assurance management team, the Enterprise Assurance Manager is charged with the delivery of Aurizon's third-line assurance program, including independent assessment and advice to the Executive and Board, along with day-to-day support to the Head of Risk & Assurance.

Aurizon's Assurance function is highly regarded within the business. Their collaborative approach is a far cry from the traditional tick-box activities of the past, delivering high-quality risk-based assurance products that give Leaders, Management, the Executive and the Board confidence in business outcomes.

**About You**
We are looking for a commercially minded assurance practitioner who is comfortable in creating and informing a debate on process and control health, being able to clearly articulate the risk exposure beyond obvious compliance or hygiene factors.
