**Your Next Opportunity**

We’re on the lookout for a **Guest Experience Officer** to join our team at our Taigum Rentals site.

Ingenia Rentals Taigum is conveniently located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and key services, offering a peaceful, community-focused environment where you can support singles, couples, and families.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face of our park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents If you love making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to work somewhere that provides support to residents and guests every day, this is the role for you This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons.

**In this Role, You’ll**
- Roll out the red carpet for every guest, sharing the best of our park, local gems, and fun activities.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair.
- Keep the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
- Coordinate with maintenance and site management to keep everything running smoothly.

**You’re Likely a Match If You**
- Enjoy delivering warm, welcoming customer service.
- Have hospitality or property experience.
- Are confident with Microsoft and booking systems, or eager to learn.
- Work well in a team and have strong attention to detail.

You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
