**The Role**

**Specifically the role will include**:
Assurance of the models according to the established BEP.

Quality control of the models at the M&E level of the project

Management of models for analysis of interferences between disciplines.

Assurance of flows and interoperability with calculation software for electromechanical installations.

Management and/or coordination of tasks related to MEP families.

Identification of automation needs to improve productivity

Generation/or development of BIM protocols

Ability to extract BIM measurements through interoperability with Cost-it

Coordination between design team in home-office and front-office team

**Salary**: $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
