The **BIM Coordinator** will be responsible for managing and coordinating the information production and delivery processes within the defined project area of responsibility.
- Development and implementation of post-award Information Management Plans, procedures, and workflows to support information production and delivery processes to satisfy the engagement’s information requirements
- Ensure compliance with Information Standards and Information Management quality processes
- Contribute to the Information Management risk management strategy and identify & address risks to the engagement’s outcomes
- Implement and support training plans to ensure all members of the disciplines are sufficiently trained
- Manage data flows and work processes to enable data-centric delivery - maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables including data, documents, drawings and models
- Actively promote the facilitation of visual design coordination to ensure design intent across all disciplines
- Coach functional and discipline teams to leverage design coordination and clash detection tools within their own discipline to proactively design outcomes in a smart and timely manner
- Oversee a consistent approach to modelling of graphical (3D) data and inclusion of non-graphical data across, including appropriate technologies
- Ensure BIM processes/workflows are communicated and followed across the project for the federation and quality assurance of design models - graphical and data checking and verification, clash mitigation and control - general information for reports, model production and delivery
- Engage and collaborate with supply chain and sub-contractors to directly integrate fabrication/construction models within design models to ensure compliance
- Client liaison and communication

**You bring to the role**:

- Hold a degree or certificate in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering or, related fields
- Experienced in data-centric BIM execution for EPCM and/or Design-Build delivery models and coordination of BIM teams
- Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated competency as team leader who openly shares ideas and enjoys collaboration with others
- Prior experience using Bentley Open Suite, Autodesk Suite Revit, Infraworks, Civil3D, Inventor - advantageous
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of project execution will be highly regarded
